MLM honda urban express NU50 people’s sidebleed pipe Notes: On the stock cylinder, you will have to do a bit of work to get this running right. You’ll need to replace the stock clutch with a GY6 clutch, add the Malossi red 2000 rpm springs and the GY6 yellow contra spring and then you’ll have to tune your variator weights. I’ll have to check mine but somewhere around 36-39 grams seems to work well here. The BX31 belt will work against you as well. You’ll probably want to stick with the stock belt. After that, you may want to raise the exhaust port a couple mm and shave the head down and run without a head gasket. The Urban in stock configuration is set up not to run well with this pipe because in stock form, the rpms probably stay too low to get the pipe to hit. You need to make these changes to keep the rpms higher so that the pipe will hit for you.
