How I made my Jemco Exhaust Temporary Mount Bracket. I started with a 52mm exhaust pipe baffle clamp from treatland.tv and placed it over the header and back as far as it would go. Then I took an “L” mending brace that I had purchased from the hardware store and tried to line it up so that it would bolt into the upper exhaust mount of the qt50 engine and support the pipe at the baffle clamp. In its “L” form, it was too big. So I reshaped it on a bench grinder to its final form and got it to work. I wish the mending brace was thicker. I could make another one and put two mending braces together but this will serve as a temporary solution until I can weld the brackets on that came with the pipe.
