Engine removal and installation are a snap. Just remove rear brake cable adjuster and rear brake cable from cable mount. Remove either top or bottom rear shock bolt. Remove carburetor from intake. Go to other side of bike and unplug the stator wire plug without damaging it. Unplug the two single wires near the stator wire plug. Finally, remove the engine mounting bolt and lift frame off the engine being careful that nothing is still attaching frame to engine. Set frame on a crate or similar item. Installation of new engine is reverse of above. It’s that easy.
